Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This policy describes what information LaunchDeck ("we", "us") collects when you use the platform, how we use it, and the choices you have. This template must be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your email address, display name, and authentication identifiers when you register, including identifiers provided by Google if you sign in with Google.

Billing information: subscription status, plan, and invoice history. Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — they never reach our servers.

Deployment information: repository names, branches, build configuration, deployment status, and logs for the applications you choose to host.

Usage information: standard technical data such as IP addresses and browser type, used for security and service operation.

2. How we use information

To operate the service: authenticate you, run your deployments, serve your dashboard, and bill your subscription.

To secure the platform: detect abuse, enforce plan limits, and maintain audit records of account and deployment activity.

To communicate with you: service notifications, billing receipts, and replies to support requests. We do not sell personal data.

3. Third-party processors

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service: Google Firebase (authentication, database, backend functions), Stripe (payments and billing), hosting infrastructure providers (running your deployed applications), and Vercel (serving this website). Each processor receives only the data required for its function.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Deployment history and audit logs are retained for operational and security purposes. When you delete your account, personal data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law (for example, billing records).

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted transport (TLS), server-side authorization on every privileged operation, isolation between customer projects, and managed secret storage for credentials. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we design the platform so that secrets are never exposed to browser code.
