Terms of Service
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of LaunchDeck. By creating an account you agree to them. This template must be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
1. The service
LaunchDeck is a managed hosting platform: we deploy applications from GitHub repositories you connect, on infrastructure we orchestrate from third-party cloud providers. We provide the dashboard, deployment workflow, domain management, and billing; the underlying compute is provided by our infrastructure partners.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single organization or individual; you may not share one subscription across unrelated parties.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
If payment fails, we may suspend hosted applications after a grace period. Plan limits (such as the number of hosted applications) are enforced by the platform.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to host malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes others' rights; to send spam; to mine cryptocurrency; to attack or overload networks; or to violate applicable law. We may suspend or remove deployments that violate these rules, with notice where practicable.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to your code and data. You grant us the limited rights needed to build, deploy, and serve your applications. You are responsible for the content of the applications you host and for your compliance with licenses of software you deploy.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees unless separately agreed in writing. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss caused by your applications.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, hosted applications are stopped and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
